As a market leading supplier of stationery and office products to businesses in the Public and Private sectors our success depends on the professionalism and commitment of our people, and the service we provide to every one of our customers.
It’s no accident that we have lived by the same Mission Statement for several years. Despite a regular review ‘To Delight customers, be Proud of what we do and Grow like crazy’ remains as relevant today as it always has been.
That’s what we’re about. Through investment in people and technology we have doubled our sales turnover in the last five years and are geared to continue this impressive growth to achieve sales of £510m by 2010.
Our people
Nearly 2,000 people are employed in the UK and Ireland. Over 600 Salespeople and Account Managers are supported by 150 Customer Service personnel in Telford, Airdrie and Dublin. Orders are prepared and despatched by 300 staff in National Distribution Centres in Telford and Dublin and 450 Drivers based at 24 strategically located Distribution depots ensure that we fulfil our customer service guarantee ‘Yours Tomorrow or Yours Free’. Finance, Marketing, HR, QSE and IT staff work from our Head Office in Telford.
