Values Awards Scheme

This is the ultimate accolade for a Lyreco employee. A worldwide Group Scheme, it recognises those employees who best demonstrate and live the Lyreco Values of Excellence, Passion, Professionalism and Respect. Employees are nominated by their colleagues and the winners are determined by election.

Salespeople have their own ‘Very Lyreco People’ challenge which is based on sales performance.

Achievement Awards

Lyreco’s success has been built on the dedication and hard work of countless individuals and on the outstanding achievements made by its high performers. Employees of the Month and Employees and Teams of the Year are recognised at a special annual Awards Evening.

Long Service Awards

Employee’s loyalty is recognised and appreciated. They will enjoy champagne after 5 years, an evening dinner for two after 10 years, a cash award after 15 years’ service and at every 5 year internal thereafter. Commemorative gifts are presented after 10, 15, 20 and 25 years’ service at a special annual Awards Evening.
