Pay and Performance
Salaries are regularly surveyed to make sure we’re competitive and your basic pay will be reviewed annually to keep pace with any changes in the marketplace and reward your performance. In Field Sales you can increase your salary more often by achieving monthly targets.
All salespeople have the opportunity to earn generous, uncapped commission and bonus payments.
Profit Share Bonus
Once you’ve been with us for six months you’ll be able to participate in this Bonus Scheme. It’s based on overachievement of profit target so everyone’s contribution is vital. Everyone profits equally irrespective of seniority or length of service.
Values Awards Scheme

Pension
Live for today and for tomorrow! After six months you will have automatic membership of our Pension Scheme to save for your retirement. Your contributions will attract tax relief and Lyreco will make additional contributions on your behalf.

Holidays
Increase from 23 days in your first calendar year to 30 days after 15 years’ service. They will be pro-rated during the year you join.

After three years’ service you may request unpaid leave of up to 12 months to fulfil your lifelong ambition. Your employment will remain intact and, wherever possible, you’ll return to work in the same or an equivalent role.
