“Your’re our number one!” gives real focus to the value of the customer in our organisation and is integral to our mission statement. We annually survey our customers to ensure that we are delivering value, service and innovation, but activity doesn’t stop there. We review the survey results at the highest level and follow up with an action plan to adapt our products and services to customer’s needs. Across Lyreco worldwide, we survey 7,000 customers on an annual basis. The aim of which, is continuous improvement. We like to bring customers to our NDC’s, to show them our business, to demonstrate that we can walk our talk and have the people to deliver the promises.
