At the same time, the Relequip chair is neither heavy nor unwieldy, weighing in at only 19kg. The chair includes, solid tyres on the large 24" spoked rear wheels. The smaller swivelling front wheels are manufactured from extra-strength solid polyurethane, designed to withstand the hard knocks often sustained when mounting kerbs, ramps, or other obstacles. Fixed armrests, leg rests, flip-up footplates, and all the usual features are included. In addition, the comfortable flame-resistant nylon seat and backrest reduce weight, and make for easy cleaning and maintenance.
