Our master blenders subtly balance the caramel flavour with the coffees’ malty, nutty and roasted notes. Try it with milk—it brings out the almond cake note and a hint of vanilla complementing the caramel note.
Roasting process • This coffee is done using a base created specifically for our professional flavoured variations and it is roasted using the split roast technique, separating the coffees by country of origin. Both splits are similarly medium to light roast, done in a short time, and are done to work well and not overpower the added flavours, making for a very balanced, accessible roast.
