Description
- Our drivers can collect up to 7 bags of shredding per order.
- With a regular order: collection will occur within 5 working days.
- Without an order: collection will take place within 10 working days.
- More than 7 bags? These requests will be handled by our trusted partner, Restore (UK), and may take up to 4 weeks for collection.
- An annual waste transfer note is issued on the first collection following the expiry of the previous one.
- All shredded paper is recycled into new paper-based products, including office paper.
- Missed Collection Policy
- Please note: If a scheduled shredding collection cannot be completed due to customer error (e.g. no access provided, materials not ready, or incorrect address), a wasted journey fee may be charged to cover the cost of the failed visit. We kindly ask customers to ensure all details are correct
