Once your toner collection box (product code 2.008.578) just add code 99.997.548 to your next order to arrange a collection.
The box must be full and closed for pick-up, in order to avoid any powder or ink leakage.
When ordering your next toner cartridge, you can also request for your empty toner cartridge to be collected. Our Customer Service Operators will arrange for the cartridges to be collected when delivering your next order.
Please note service is free of charge but collection will only take place alongside an order of value.
